Michelle Heaton is begging best pal Katie Price to get help after her drink-drive arrest.
The Liberty X star hit rock bottom herself earlier this year, and has posted a statement of support for friend Katie on Instagram.
Katie supported Michelle through a similar journey through sobriety earlier this year as she battled her drug and alcohol addiction, as Michelle tells fans their friendship is based on trust.

Michelle wrote on Instagram: “As you all know, Katie was there for me when I needed her and I of course am there for her!
“Right now, please give us all place.
“And sorry to those requests to myself and my manager, we will not be talking about this or doing any interviews about it, unless Katie herself or her family wish me too.
“Our friendship over 21 years is built on trust.
“At this point I just reiterate what her family have already said and will support all in private.
“To anyone else out there who needs help – ask for it and you’ll be surprised at the support that’s given to you.
“Asking is always the hardest but first step.”
It comes after Katie was allegedly arrested on suspicion of driving while above the legal limit for alcohol and drugs following a collision in her car.
A picture of what is alleged to be Katie’s car showed it lying on its side in the road, it was said yesterday that mum-of-five Katie, 43, was receiving care in hospital.
A Sussex Police spokeswoman told The Mirror: “Police responded to reports of a single-vehicle collision on the B2135 near Partridge Green around 6.20am on Tuesday (September 28).
“A woman, 43, was arrested on suspicion of driving while above the legal limit for alcohol and drugs, and has been taken to hospital to be checked over.”
Earlier this month, Katie revealed how she was the one to convince Michelle to get help for her addiction.
The singer headed to rehab in April after going on a three-day-long cocaine bender.
Michelle shared her battle by posting shocking side by side images taken just 20 weeks apart, showing how bad her addiction had become.
Sharing the same images, Katie wrote: “This is a picture of before and after of my incredible strong best longest loyal friend ever that asking for help that she needed is the hardest step you can do.
“I’ve done she has done it I helped her too this is the website @wonderwomanshel recommends that helped her https://ift.tt/2T6z5rv.
“Everyone can suffer mental health never be afraid to talk and ask for help.
“This picture was taken a week before I finally got her help love you always x.”

Michelle had shared: “This picture is not to shock, it WAS my reality!
“20 weeks ago this was me – Ruined – immune system was shutting down. The second is me today – Saved – strong happy healthy.
“It’s National Sober Day And it encourages us to celebrate Sober life and bring awareness to addiction.
“It’s also National Recovery Month, and today supports removing the stigma associated with addiction.
“It opens the lines of communication that lead to better understanding. The day provides an opportunity to build educated support networks.
“Success is more likely when systems are paved with an aware, loving, and honest cheering section.
“If we stumble, aren’t we more likely to get back up again when we have a solid support system.
“Encouragement of one day fuels more support and awareness, leading to long-term sobriety. That’s something worth celebrating! The opposite of addiction is a connection.
“Recognising this provides a model for future generations who will be my picture one!
“And then the second picture demonstrates how to enjoy life alcohol-free, the day will embolden future generations to say no to alcohol.”
