Tristan Thompson’s third baby mama gives birth after he offered £75k hush money
The father of Khloe Kardashian ‘s daughter, NBA player Tristan Thompson, has reportedly welcomed a third child said to be conceived while in a relationship with Khloe.
The mother, Maralee Nichols, revealed in an Instagram post on Friday that she had given birth to a baby boy.
A lawsuit brought by Maralee revealed text messages in which Tristan allegedly offered her £75,000 of “hush money”, writes The Mirror.
According to court documents, the baby is said to have been conceived during Tristan’s 30th birthday celebrations in March.
Tristan is thought to have been dating Khloe during the apparent conception.

The Kardashian posted an Instagram birthday tribute at the time calling him her “best friend”, saying: “I hope you know today and everyday how loved you are by me and so many.
“Happy birthday TT! Welcome to 30! I can’t wait for all the memories. This is when life just starts getting good!”
Tristan has petitioned to hear the case in Texas, not California, where child maintenance payments are typically less.
The baby boy’s birth comes amid a very tangled web of lawsuits.
According to court documents obtained by Radar, the NBA star filed a paternity lawsuit against Houston-based Maralee in July after she hit him with a lawsuit in California.
In Maralee’s lawsuit she included a text that read: “You know how I feel. My feelings haven’t changed at all. Won’t be involved at all.
“Btw if you think having this baby is gonna make you some money. It’s completely wrong.

“You are aware that I’m retiring after this season. So in terms of support it will be whatever is required monthly for someone who’s unemployed.
“It’s Texas so it will be only a couple hundred dollars.”
He added, “So you better off taking this 75k I’m offering cause you won’t get nothing near that with having a kid with a father who’s unemployed.”
Maralee wants child maintenance, payments for pregnancy hospital care and other baby expenses.
According to the filing, Thompson denied sending the messages but also claims his ‘contact information is present’ in them.

NBA player Tristan has a son Prince, four, with ex Jordan Craig, and three-year-old daughter True, with Khloe.
Khloe has made no secret about wanting her own sibling for daughter True.
Mum Maralee claims she conceived the baby on Tristan’s 30th birthday when he was still dating the Good American founder.
In official court documents, published by Mail Online, Tristan allegedly admitted to having sex with Maralee several times at a hotel after partying together.
In the documents, the sports star allegedly detailed how Maralee drove him to an event on the night of Tristan’s 30th birthday, before the pair returned to his hotel where she had ‘a special birthday surprise’ waiting for him.
“When we got to my hotel room, we immediately had sexual intercourse,” Tristan said in the documents.
“Petitioner [Nichols] initiated our sexual contact and never objected to our having sexual intercourse. She was very awake and conscious and did not exhibit any signs that she was other than a willing participant in our sexual activities.
“We did not drink at my hotel room and Petitioner was not drunk. After we had sexual intercourse, Petitioner specifically asked me if she could spend the night because it was my ‘special birthday’ as she called it.”
Although Tristan claims the pair had a one-off fling, Maralee’s lawyers have argued the pair were together multiple times prior to the conception.
They claim the Texas native “traveled to California on multiple occasions” and continued to see the father of two “after she got pregnant.”
Tristan was first caught cheating on Khloe when she was heavily pregnant with True, sending her into labour.

Despite what he’d done, Khloe put her feelings aside to allow Tristan to be there for True’s birth, explaining that she didn’t want to make such a permanent decision on a temporary emotion, and that it wasn’t fair on her daughter to keep her dad away from the birth.
They reconciled, but Tristan cheated on her again, kissing her sister Kylie Jenner’s then-BFF Jordyn Woods at a house party.
It seemed that things were over for good, but Tristan slowly won Khloe over once again.
He moved in with her and True during the first coronavirus lockdown, and ended up caring for Khloe when she caught Covid-19.
Earlier this year, Khloe and Tristan split again after he was alleged to have cheated with Instagram model Sydney Chase, who alleged they had hooked up.
A source told Page Six at the time: “They’re getting along. There is no drama, everything is amicable, and they are on the same page with co-parenting.” Mirror Online has contacted Tristan for a comment.
