Halyna Hutchins’ final words to film crew after being shot by Alec Baldwin in tragic accident
Halyna Hutchins final words to the film crew have been revealed one week after she was shot by Hollywood actor Alec Baldwin in a tragic accident.
Last month the 63-year-old actor discharged a gun on the set of his latest film Rust killing the 42-year-old Halyna cinematographer and injuring director Joel Souza, 48.
A report by the Los Angeles Times saw reporters speak with 14 crew members about the tragic accident the mother-of-one’s final moments.
According to the report in the LA Times, Hutchins told a boom operator: “Oh, that was no good. No, that was no good. That was no good at all.”
She was pronounced dead just hours later.
The fatal shooting happened as Baldwin had been prepping for a shootout scene which was taking place inside a church.
The newspaper reported that Baldwin and the rest of the crew were attempting to get their angles right as the star held a .45-caliber Colt revolver.
‘So, I guess I’m gonna take this out, pull it and go, “Bang!”, the actor allegedly stated before the accident happened.
According to reports, the prop gun was meant to be loaded with dummy rounds and the actor had been told it was a ‘cold gun’.
After being struck with the round, Hutchins stumbled backward and fell into the arms of the chief electrician on set as blood poured out of her chest.
At the same time, director Joel Souza dropped to the floor after being struck by the same round.

According to the LA Times, Souza yelled: “What the f**k was that? That burns!”
Meanwhile, Baldwin put the gun down and repeatedly said: “What the f**k just happened?”
Baldwin was handed the prop gun by assistant director David Halls, who took the revolver from a tray set up by armourer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed.
Santa Fe sheriff Adan Mendoza and Santa Fe district attorney Mary Carmack-Altwies shared a public update on the ongoing investigation in a press conference last week, stating that charges may be filed if probable cause is found.
